Tammy Sue Ousley, 61, of Walford, passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2026. Celebration of Life gathering will be from 4 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre in Cedar Rapids, located at 2121 Bowling Street SW. Private family inurnment will be in St. John’s Catholic Cemetery.

Tammy was born on June 23, 1965, in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Kenneth and Sharon (Butterfield) Loesel. She graduated from Cedar Rapids Jefferson High School in 1983. Tammy was united in marriage to Kevin Ousley on September 3, 1988, in Cedar Rapids. She worked at Atlas Investment Corporation in property management. She enjoyed listening to music, tending to her dogs, and most of all spending time with her family.

Tammy is survived by her loving husband Kevin; her dad Kenneth Loesel; her siblings Cindy (Tony) Vaughn of Cedar Rapids, Tim Loesel of Marion, and Joey Loesel of Cedar Rapids; and her nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mom Sharon Loesel; and her brother Mark Loesel.
