Susan Ann Titlbach, 62, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Saturday, December 18, 2021, at Mercy Medical Center due to complications from Covid. Celebration of life gathering will be held Thursday, December 30, 2021, from 4-7pm at Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre in Cedar Rapids, located at 2121 Bowling Street SW.

Susan is survived by her longtime boyfriend, Don Kies; four children: Michael (Joyce) Grafton of Cedar Rapids; Jason (Amber) Titlbach of Cedar Rapids; Dustin (Amber) Titlbach of Hiawatha and Amber (Zal) Titlbach of Cedar Rapids; seven grandchildren: Kaylyn, Hailey, Austin, Isaiah, Jazall, Jazmarie and Landon, she was also expecting twin grandchildren that are due in 2022; three great-grandchildren; three brothers and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.​

Susan Ann Grafton was born on June 4, 1959, in Cedar Rapids, to William and Kathleen Grafton. She attended Kennedy High School. Susan married Ronald Titlbach and together they raised four children. She gained her certification as a CNA and worked in the healthcare industry for numerous years. Susan was also employed at Timberline up until her recent retirement in early 2020. Susan loved spending time with her family. Her children and grandchildren were the light of her life and brought her so much joy. She also enjoyed crocheting, cooking and relaxing at home with Don. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend and will be very deeply missed.​
