Street NE, died Tuesday, February 14, 2006 at Mercy Medical Center. Visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday at Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids. A Celebration of Life will be 7 p.m. Thursday at Just Jules Café.
Tracy was born February 8, 1957 in Creston, the son of Fred R. and Theresa Hogue Leach. He married Cindy Ek and they later divorced.
He is survived by his mother, Theresa of Cedar Rapids; son Steven Ryan (Stephanie Spicher) ; grandson Spencer Leach all of Cedar Rapids; stepmother Lois Monday and grandmother Gladys McNichols, a brother Tim (Shelly) Leach all of Creston, sisters Valerie St. John and Lesa Leach both of Cedar Rapids, 8 nieces and nephews and 3 greatnephews, and a step-sister Lesha (Jeff) Clark of Creston.
He is preceded in death by his father and grandparents.
