Sincere Doncell Frazier, 3 week infant son of Doncell Frazier and Shanieka Harmon, passed away suddenly on September 3, 2015. Homegoing services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at Life Tabernacle Church in Iowa City. Sincere was born on August 6, 2015 at St. Bernard Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. He is survived by his parents; siblings Dontrell Frazier, Aniyah Harris, Aiyanna Weeks, Ariel Weeks; paternal grandparents Sharlet Frazier; maternal grandparents Carla (Johnnie) Booth and David Barnett; maternal great-grandmother Sandra Harmon; as well as host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Sincere was preceded in death by his great-grandparents Kathryn and Emmitt Frazier, Valerie Williams, Charlene Harmon, Carl Russell and Albert Swift; uncle David Atkins; and his great-aunts Maryrosa Russell and Christina Swift.
