Sandra M. Lobberecht, 68, of Hiawatha, died Saturday, January 2, 2021, at the Hiawatha Care Center.  As per Sandra's wishes private family services will be held.  Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre in Cedar Rapids are in charge of arrangements.

Sandra was born September 30, 1952, in Ottumwa, the daughter of James and Maxine (Mason) Ritchie.  Sandra was a nurse for over 25 years, working at Ottumwa Regional Health Center, Living Center West and Willow Gardens Care Center.

Sandra is survived by her daughter Karen (Ryan Shimek) Lobberecht of Hiawatha, her son Mark Lobberecht of Hiawatha; three grandchildren and her pride and joys, Alexis, Liam and Logan Shimek; her brother Ron Ritchie of Texas as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Charles Lobberecht, and her brother James Ritchie.
