Samantha Stacey, 42 of Waterloo, formerly of Independence, died Thursday, May 4, 2017 at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo.  A celebration of life will be 11:00 a.m. to 3 pm, Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Daniels Park Pavilion.  Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids is assisting the family.

Samantha was born February 22, 1975 in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Ronald and Randie (Van Slyke) Macal.

Samantha is survived by her children, Trevor Michael of Plainfield, and Adrianna Stacey of Independence, her mother Randie Jones, brothers, Leonard Willis and Jim Willis Independence, sisters, Karie Exline, Homestead, and Cheri Macal, Cedar Rapids .

Samantha was preceded in death by her step father Leonard Willis Sr.
