Regina Rochman-Radcliffe, 47 of Cedar Rapids, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 16, 2017, surrounded by family and friends, at St. Luke's Hospice Unit. Regina was born October 11, 1969 in El Paso, Texas, the daughter of Dr. Richard and Andrea (Narigon) Rochman. Regina graduated from Iowa City West High School and the University of Iowa with a degree in Archeology.  She earned her Masters degree in Education and Technology from University of Phoenix.  She enjoyed raising goats, and was a talented fiber artist.

Regina is survived by her wife Buffy Radcliffe of Cedar Rapids; her mother Andrea Rochman-Narigon of Colorado Springs, Colorado; her sister Denise Rochman of Colorado Springs; as well as her many friends including Anni, Matt Noble and Kaiti Arcand.

She was preceded in death by her father Dr. Richard Rochman.
