Pauline A. Simmons, 82, of Cedar Rapids, died Monday, June 21, 2021, at the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy.   As per Pauline's wishes private family graveside services will be in Czech National Cemetery.  Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre in Cedar Rapids is in charge of arrangements.

Pauline was born December 1, 1938, in Colfax. Pauline was united in marriage to Lyle Simmons.

Pauline is survived by her daughter Christine (Bryan) Knox of Cedar Rapids; grandchildren Lauren Knox and Katie Knox; her sister Lorene Richmond; two brothers John (Nikki) Eddy and Darrell (Laticia) Eddy.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Lyle, her sister Mary Lorher and her brother-in-law William Richmond.
