Patricia Kathryn Wade, 63, died Saturday, September 18, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids . Memorial Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, September 21 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church with inurnment to follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery . Visitation will be one hour prior to services Tuesday at the Church. Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids is in charge of arrangements.

Pat was born September 24, 1946 in Cedar Rapids , the daughter of Bruce and Monica (Ward) Frederickson. She married John Wade on August 13, 1966. They later divorced in November 1989. Pat was a loving mother, grandmother and homemaker. She enjoyed the time spent with her family.

Pat is survived by her four children, Danette Wade and Christine Wade both of Cedar Rapids, Dan Wade of Oelwein and Joseph (Irina Sarapulova) Wade of Aurora, Illinois; four grandchildren Nichole, Angel, Cody and Miranda; three great-grandchildren Braxten, DeShawn, and Cameron all of Cedar Rapids and a brother Mike (Emma) Townsend of Tucson, Arizona.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents.
