Patricia Mae "Fuzzy and Turkey" Meskimen, 52 of Iowa City, died Thursday, June 26 at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.  Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 30 at Sulek Cemetery near Shueyville, with Fr. Steven Rosonke presiding.  Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday at Brosh Chapel in Solon.

Patty was born November 9 ^th , 1955 the daughter of Regis and Lucille Dellamuth Meskimen.  Patty was living with Cerebral Palsy and had a wonderful life.  Family was her first priority.  She loved sitting outdoors, flowers, birds, dolphins, the color purple, shopping, vacations and definitely eating out.

Patty leaves behind her parents, Regis and Lucille Meskimen, sisters and brothers in law, Marcia (Dick) Wakeford, Beth (Roger "Turkey") Davis,  Lori and Kristen Meskimen, brothers Jerry and Keith Meskimen, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, her caring friends at Systems House and Goodwill.

She is preceded in death by her sisters Carol and Cheryl, a nephew Curtis, a niece Kathy and her grandparents.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Dr. Zuercher as well as the nursing staff at Mercy Hospital.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to either Sytems Unlimited and or to Cerebral Palsy Research Foundation.
