Milton H. Giersberg, 58, of Cedar Rapids, passed away surrounded by his family on Monday, October 23, 2023.  Celebration of Life Services will be held on Saturday, October 28, at 12 p.m. A visitation will begin at 10 a.m. at Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre in Cedar Rapids, located at 2121 Bowling Street SW on Saturday.

Milton Henry was born June 4, 1965, in Scranton, PA, the son of Gus and Sallye Giersberg. Milton was united in marriage to JoLynne Kiesel on November 4, 1983 in Cedar Rapids. Milt will be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was always the life of the party and brought joy to everyone he met.

Milton is survived by his wife JoLynne; children Tiffany Giersberg, Matthew (Allison) Giersberg, Brittany (Jesse) Anderson; grandchildren Kolby, Kaden, Kane, Gracie and Sophie; parents Gus and Sallye Giersberg; siblings Judy (Shannon) Smith and Albert (Alisha) Giersberg; niece Stephanie Smith and nephews Lucas Giersberg, Emmett Giersberg and Caleb Kiesel.
