Michael "Zig" Sigler, 59, of Cedar Rapids, died Monday, May 14, 2018 at Mercy Medical Center.  Zig's Last Ride starts at 4p.m. on Friday, May 18, 2018, at Rumors Bar and Grill, located at 400 F Avenue NW.  Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre in Cedar Rapids.

Michael was born October 20, 1958 in Cedar Rapids, the son of Richard and Myra (Hansen) Sigler.  Zig graduated from the School of Hard Knocks.  He worked for many years at Apache Hose and Belting, Maintenance.  Zig enjoyed riding his "Beasty B**ch", fishing, camping, cooking and most of all spending time with his many friends and family.

Zig is survived by his wife Dee Wicher; son Nate Pilkenton (Tiernan Fleming) and daughter Krissy Pilkenton both of Cedar Rapids; grandchildren Tyson Meader, Keanan, Bradyn and Devan Pilkenton, Hayden Fleming, Jaymz Winter, and Emmah Lewis; his cousin Becca Clark-Howe; as well as his brothers, sisters and many extended family members.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Lonnie Sigler, numerous aunts and uncles, as well as many "brothers and sisters".
