Mike was preceded in death and is the son of Judy Kelly (Cedar Rapids, Iowa) and Ron Hute (Mesa, Arizona). Mike was also preceded in death by Dixie (Pont ) Hute whom he married on July 25, 1981 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He is survived by his sons Justin (Sarah) Hute and Mark (Michelle Hudson) Hute both of Mesa Arizona and his siblings Linda Alemania (Davis, California), Mary Martinez (Mesa, Arizona) Matt Hute (Cedar Rapids, Iowa) and Brenda Bowen (Scottsdale, Arizona). Mike is the proud grandfather of 9 grandchildren, Cassandra, Makayla, Gracie, Emma, Victoria, Logan, Scarlet, Sophia & Nico Hute and 4 nephews, Luis, Conrad, Victor & Miguel (Mesa, Arizona).

Mike graduated from Kennedy High School (Cedar Rapids, Iowa) in 1980. Mike proudly served in the United States Navy and is a veteran of Desert Storm. He was employed at Winco in Chandler, Arizona.

Mike had a great love for the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and his beloved dogs. Mike will be remembered for his kind heart, generous spirit and quiet demeanor. He was a good man and he loved his family and friends more than anything.
