Mary Carolyn (Koss) Cooling, daughter of the late Otto Koss and Gladys (Louvar-Koss) Stahle, died Friday, June 3, 2011. An open-house visitation will be held on June 25th, 2011, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. at Brosh Chapel in Solon. A lunch will be served in her honor from 2:30pm - 5:30pm at the Solon American Legion. Mary was born January 22, 1942 in Solon, Iowa. She married Dallas Myron Cooling of Solon on June 20, 1959. She is survived by her husband, her children, Randy (Laura), Rhonda (David) Murphy, Richard (Teresa), Ron, Ray (Connie) and Ross, her sisters, Joyce Cooling, Delores Kuch and Shirley Jacobsen, 8 grandchildren and 3 great grand children.
