Martha Marie Fordice, 83 a long time resident of Living Center West, died Saturday, November 17, 2007 at the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy in Hiawatha. Services will 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 21, 2007 at Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids. Burial will follow in Brimfield, Illinois. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until service time Wednesday at Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids.
Martha was born October 20, 1924 in Shueyville, the daughter of Linton and Leila Brockway Fordice.
Martha is survived by her brothers Fred Fordice of Cedar Rapids, James Fordice of Rowley, and Lou (Kay) Fordice of Solon; numerous nieces, nephews, great and greatgreat nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Harry Fordice, and a special friend Ray Black.
Memorials may be directed to the Hospice of Mercy.
