Marla J. West-Stanley, 66, of Cedar Rapids, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2025. Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre will be assisting the family at this time. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Marla Jayne was born on March 24, 1958, in Quincy Illinois, the daughter of John E. and Ruby P. (Abel) West. Marla received her CNA certificate through Kirkwood. Marla Married Keith Stanley, on April 15, 1978, in Cedar Rapids.

Marla is survived by her daughters October, Autumn, Echo, Summer, Donnie and Tymber Stanley; Twenty-Two grandchildren Octaviyon, Ethan, DeShaun Robinson, Alyssa Henry, Donya, Spencer, Adriona, August Bowen, Hayden Engle, Louis Keith, Bentley Bowen, Jazmyne, Tyre' Walker, Jaiden, Tiana Dobbins, Novalee Arnold, Amara Sallis, Journee Dobbins, Ayanna, Aydan Sallis, Tatum Dobbins and Link Arnold; three great-grandchildren Madelynn, Carter Stanley and Mason Robinson; and sisters in law Jane West, Deb West and Shawn West.

Marla was preceded in death by her loving husband of 33 years, Keith Stanley, her parents, stepfather Charles Keithley, siblings Jack, Lee, Kay (Gary) Otterbeck, James, Robert and David, and foster sister Hope Triplett.
