Mark James Loesel, 57, of Cedar Rapids, died on Thursday, October 1, 2020 at Heritage Nursing and Rehab.  Celebration of Life gathering will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, October 8, 2020, at Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre in Cedar Rapids, located at 2121 Bowling Street SW.  Private family inurnment will be in St. John's Catholic Cemetery.

Mark was born December 6, 1962, in Cedar Rapids, the son of Kenneth and Sharon (Butterfield) Loesel.  He attended Wilson High School. Mark enjoyed working on cars, fishing, hanging out with his friends.

Mark is survived by his parents, Kenny and Sharon Loesel of Cedar Rapids; siblings Tammy (Kevin) Ousley of Walford, Cindy (Tony) Vaughn of Cedar Rapids, Tim Loesel of Marion, and Joey Loesel of Cedar Rapids; as well as his nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
