Lottie Volesky, 93 of Shueyville, died Saturday, November 11, 2017 at The Gardens of Cedar Rapids. Celebration of Life Services will be held 10:30 Thursday November 16 at Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre, located at 2121 Bowling Street SW in Cedar Rapids. Burial will take place at Shueyville Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Wednesday, November 15 at Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre.

Lottie was born September 15, 1924 in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Frank Edward and Frances Mary (Oska) Zaspal. She married Roman Joseph Volesky on June 21, 1944 at the Czech Reformed Church in Cedar Rapids.

Lottie is survived by her husband Roman, of 73 years; children Ronald (Carol) Volesky and Karen (Dr. David) Wilson; two granddaughters; three great grandchildren; and one great great granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings.
