Lottie Bessie Nezerka, 91 of Cedar Rapids died Sunday, June 11 at Mercy Medical Center.  At her request private family services will be held Wednesday, June 14 at Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids.  Burial will follow in Czech National Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids.

Lottie was born November 15, 1914 in rural Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Frank and Josephine Klinger Dostal.  She married Adolph Nezerka Jr. June 2, 1936 near Ely.  They farmed near Ely for many years. She loved to work in the garden, attending to her plants and flowers.  She was especially fond of roses.  In 1992, she received the annual award from the Board of Realtors for her gardening.

Lottie is survived by her sons Adolph (Carlene) Nezerka of Ely, Ron (Marilyn) Nezerka of Cedar Rapids, Lumir (Marlys) Nezerka of Minneapolis, and Dean (Betty) Nezerka of Ely; seven grandchildren and fourteen greatgrandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband Adolph who died November 16, 1962; two brothers Lumir and Lester Dostal; a sister Irene Herman, and a granddaughter Rhonda Nezerka.

Memorials may be given to the donors choice.
