Lois Jean Titlbach, 84 of Marion, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Monday, March 24, 2014 at Willow Gardens Care Center. Services will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 31, 2014 at Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids, located at 2121 Bowling Street SW. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, March 30, 2014 at Brosh Chapel. Lois was born August 25, 1929 in Fennimore, Wisconsin, the daughter of Velma Weinbrenner. She married Joseph Titlbach on December 29, 1948 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Fennimore. Lois worked for many years at Wilson Foods until she retired. She enjoyed dancing, making crafts, sewing, cooking and spending time with her family and friends. Lois is survived by her husband of over 65 years, Joseph; her children Diana (Gene) Strother and Ronald Titlbach both of Cedar Rapids; nine grandchildren; twelve great-granchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, her daughter Cheryl Parsons, and her grandson Lucious C. Prince Jr. Memorials may be directed to the family.
