Lois Clarene Jacobs, 80 of Cedar Rapids, died Friday, December 30, 2016 at the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy.  As per Lois' wishes private family services will be held.  Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre in Cedar Rapids is handling Lois' arrangements.

Lois was born July 28, 1936 in rural Worth County, Iowa near Kensett, the daughter of Cleo "Buster" and Irene (Williams) Wilson.  She was united in marriage to Jack Paul Jacobs on October 5, 1968 in Fairfield.  Lois was a loving housewife, mother, and grandmother.  She enjoyed going to craft shows, shopping, listening to Jim McDonough music, and most of all spending time with her family.

Lois is survived by husband of over 48 years, Jack; children Dixie (Wayne) Davis of Fayette, James (Mandy) Eastwood of Vinton, Victor (Kelly) Jacobs and Julie (Todd) Stephen both of Cedar Rapids; nine grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and her sister Cleo Sayre of Hiawatha.

Lois was preceded in death by her parents.
