Linda Katherine Jones, 70, of Cedar Rapids, died Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at her home. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 13, 2017 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church.  Inurnment will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre in Cedar Rapids, located at 2121 Bowling Street SW.

Linda was born August 30, 1947, in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Willard and Marcella (Hickey) Mantor.  She graduated from LaSalle High School, class of 1965.  Linda was united in marriage to Richard L. Jones on September 6, 1969 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church.  Linda was a 1970 graduate of St. Luke's Methodist Hospital School of Practical Nursing.  She worked at Mercy Medical Center for over eight years and also was the office manager of Fittings Unlimited, where she retired.   Linda enjoyed traveling, cooking, spending time with her family, especially her husband and grandchildren.

Linda is survived by her husband, Richard "Dick" Jones; children Christopher Jones and Amy Jones both of Cedar Rapids; three grandchildren Zander, Amber and Rielle; her siblings Mary Buelow of Marion, Don Mantor (Janet Scriven) and Bill Mantor (Karen Wilvurn) both of Cedar Rapids; as well as her nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Richard Mantor, and a brother-in-law Phillip Buelow.
