Lillian Kroupa, 91, of Bentonville , Arkansas formerly of Cedar Rapids , died June 26, 2005 .

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, July 30, 2005 at Czech National Cemetery with Reverend Bob David of First Presbyterian Church near Ely, officiating. Brosh Chapel, Cedar Rapids is in charge of arrangements.

She was born on October 19, 1913 in Cedar Rapids the daughter of Charles and Antonia (Skliba) Vyskocil. She married Gus Kroupa in Cedar Rapids . She and Gus moved to Humboldt , Nebraska in 1947 where they entered the meat business. They later moved to Loveland , Colorado . While in Loveland , Lillian worked as a line worker for Hewlett-Packard for eleven years retiring in January of 1978. Following Gus' death, Lillian moved to Bentonville , Arkansas to be near her family.

Survivors include her sons Richard (Carol) Kroupa and Ronald (Marcia) Kroupa all of Rogers , Arkansas ; granddaughters Kelley (Kevin) Palmer of San Diego, California. LaceAnn (Adam) Lauridsen of Anchorage, Alaska, Kim (Hutch) Johnson of Lincoln, North Dakota, and Kerri (Matt) Enroth of Jacksonville, Florida; six great-grandchildren; niece Marj Nejdl of Cedar Rapids; great-nephews, Chuck (DeeAnn) Nejdl of Cedar Rapids, and Phil (Michelle) Nejdl of Brandon; sister-in-law, Dorothy Vyskocil of Cedar Rapids, and nieces Judy Heisler of Fairfax, and Joan Rawlins of Lansing.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Gus, and a brother Charles Vyskocil.

A memorial fund has been established for the National Czech and Slovak Museum and Library, 30 16th Avenue SW, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52404.
