Lacey Zhenli Peyton, 2 year old daughter of Bart and Kris Peyton, went home to be with the Lord Monday, February 18, 2008. Celebration of Life services will be 1 p.m. Friday, February 22, 2008 at First Assembly of God with Pastor Rick Gail presiding. Burial will follow in Cedar Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time Friday at the church. Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids is in charge of arrangements.
Lacey was born May 23, 2005 in Gao Shao City, China. Lacey was a precious gift from God and a joy to everyone who met her. She is survived by her parents Bart and Kris Peyton; brothers Chaz and Vaughn Peyton all of Marion; paternal grandparents Ron and Helen Peyton of Hampton; maternal grandparents Terry Phillips and Dale Bangasser of Waterloo; and her godmother Alicia LaKose of Marion.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family at 2270 Robert Drive, Marion, Iowa 52302.
