Juanita Frances Dlouhy, 84 of Cedar Rapids, died Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Friday, April 8th, 2011 in Czech National Cemetery. Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids is in charge of arrangements. Juanita was born March 11, 1927 in Ely, the daughter of Gilbert and Frances (Dolezal) Hovorka. She married William "Bill" Dlouhy on June 11, 1948 at Hus Memorial Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed traveling, being on the farm near Ely, reading and time spent with family. Juanita is survived by her husband Bill; her son David (Kerry) Dlouhy all of Cedar Rapids, and a granddaughter Amanda Dlouhy of Minneapolis, Minnesota. She was preceded in death by her parents.
