Joseph Leroy Soper, 37, of Cedar Rapids, died Saturday, March 31, 2018 in his home.
Celebration of life will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 6, 2018 at Brosh Chapel and The
Avacentre in Cedar Rapids, located at 2121 Bowling Street SW. Burial will be in Oak Hill
Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Brosh Chapel. There will also
be a Celebration of Life gathering on June 2, 2018, at Bever Park Pavilion from 4 to 9 p.m.
