Joanita "JoJo" E. Houlahan, 66, of Cedar Rapids, died Saturday, May 20, 2017 at the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy.  A Celebration of life gathering will be held on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at Cherry Hill Pavilion during the HoulaFest Family Reunion from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.  Private family inurnment will be at a later date in Springville Cemetery.  Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre is assisting the family with arrangements.

Joanita was born May 4, 1951 in Anamosa, the daughter of Richard and Anita (Cummings) Houlahan.

JoJo is survived by her siblings Ricarda Patterson of Coralville, Michele Kelly of Cedar Rapids, Linda (Dave) Bolsinger of Cedar Rapids, Ann Houlahan of Coralville, Terrance Houlahan of Tuscon, Arizona, Thomas (Teri) Houlahan of Beloit, Wisconsin; her many nieces, nephews and her extended family at REM of Iowa.

JoJo was preceded in death by her parents, her brother James Houlahan and her sister Mary Houlahan.
