Jeffrey Levy, 57, of Cedar Rapids, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 4, 2020, at Fort Dodge Villa Care Center.  Celebration of life services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, located at 6621 C Avenue NE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52402. Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre in Cedar Rapids, are in charge of arrangements.

Jeffrey was born July 15, 1963, in Cedar Rapids, the son of Robert and Barbara (Ray) Levy.  Jeffrey he graduated from Cedar Rapids Jefferson, class of 1981.  He worked at Options of Linn County.  He was an active volunteer at Kennedy High School and at Jane Boyd Community Center, as a youth basketball coach.

Jeffrey is survived by his father Robert; his siblings Nat (Hazel) Ray, Robert (Dolla) Enter Sr., Sylvester Levy, Curtis (Salice) Levy; his aunts, uncles, and host of cousins.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, his mother Barbara, his sisters Debbie Ann Moncrief and Jackie Lynn Patrick; and his sister-in-law Petra.
