Helen "Virginia" Supple, 95, of Hopkinton, passed away at her home on Sunday, August 14, 2022.  Visitation will be from 4 to 7p.m. Friday, August 19, 2022, at St. Luke Catholic Church in Hopkinton.  Funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, August 20, 2022, at St. Luke Catholic Church, with Father John Kremer and Deacon Ed Goldsmith presiding. Burial will be in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Castle Grove.

Virginia was born on January 3, 1927, in Hopkinton, the daughter of Alfred and Rachael (Anglin) Lahey. She married Justin T. Supple on February 16, 1949. Together they farmed in the Castle Grove area until Justin's death in 1986. She then moved to Hopkinton.

Survivors include her children: Pat (Marna) Supple of Montezuma, Kathy Zimmerman of Ryan, Connie (Ed) Goldsmith of Monticello and Mike (Julie) Supple of Coggon; fifteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and in-laws Betty Supple of Marion and Larry Stoneking of Monticello.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Justin; parents Alfred and Rachael Lahey; son-in-law, Larry Zimmerman; her sisters and their husbands, Mary Jane and Harold Crowley, RaeAnn and Ray Wickman and Gerry and Pat Huber. In laws, Joseph and Genevieve Supple, Joe and Margaret Ann Supple, Bernard and Ethel Supple, Paul Supple and Gee Stoneking.
