Fred Fordice, 85 of Marion, formerly of Shueyville, died Friday, June 26, 2015 at Crestview Acres. Services will be 9:30 a.m. Thursday, July 2, 2015 at Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids, located at 2121 Bowling Street SW. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Thursday at Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids. Burial will follow in Brimfield, Illinois. Fred was born November 17, 1929 in Shueyville, the son of Linton and Leila Brockway Fordice. Fred is survived by his brother James Fordice of Rowley; numerous nieces, nephews, great and greatgreat nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by hisparents, his brothers Harry Fordice and Lou Fordice and his sister Martha Fordice. Memorials may be directed to the Hospice of Mercy.
