Evelyn Florence Seitler Morgan, 80 of Hallmark Care Center in Mt. Vernon , formerly of Anchorage , Alaska , died Friday, April 23, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids . As per Evelyn's wishes private family services will be held at a later date. Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids is in charge of arrangements.

Evelyn was born October 5, 1929 in Chicago , Illinois , the daughter of Frank and Florence Ries Seitler. Evelyn was an accountant and tax consultant in Chicago and Anchorage for many years.

Evelyn is survived by her daughter Linda Louise (Bill) White of Olin; her brother Robert Seitler of Dickinson , Texas ; a grandson Christopher Craig (Karen) Cowles of Rock Island, Illinois; three great-granddaughters Emma, Samantha, and Bryanna Cowles; as well as eight nephews.

Evelyn was preceded in death by her grandparents Arthur and Louise Ries, her parents, a son Lynn Arthur Morgan, two sisters Carol Evans and Joyce Windsheimer, a sister in law Sandra Seitler, and a niece Susan Evans.
