Earline Pledge, 73, of Cedar Rapids, passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2024, at her home. Homegoing Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 14, 2024, at First Presbyterian Church. Brosh Chapel and the Avacentre will be assisting the family at this time.

Earline was born on September 25, 1951, in Tennessee, the daughter of Tone and Elenora (Pirtle) Hayes. Earline was united in marriage to Albert "Frank" Pledge on April 20, 1974, at Redemption Missionary Baptist Church in Cedar Rapids.

Earline is survived by her children Linda Hayes, Frank Pledge Jr., Donnie Pledge, Abraham Pledge, Stacey Pledge and Barbara Robinson; her grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and her Brother Bobbie Hayes.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband of 49 years Albert "Frank" Pledge; her brothers Raymond and Robert; and her sister Mookie.
