Donna Jean Ditch, 76 of Cedar Rapids, died Sunday, February 16, 2014 at St. Lukes Living Center West. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids, located at 2121 Bowling Street SW, with Reverend Dr. Ritva Williams presiding. Burial will be in Cedar Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to services Wednesday at Brosh Chapel. Donna was born August 30, 1937 at home in Mead, Colorado, the daughter of Conrad and Ernestine Anna' (Schlagel) Snyder. She married Delbert Ditch on June 12, 1960 in Olds, Iowa. Donna enjoyed outdoor activities spent with her family, such as fishing, camping, traveling. Her hobbies include cross stitching, painting ceramics, and baking her family favorites. Donna is survived by her husband Delbert; children Linda Ruby of Marion, Nancy (Gene) Hlas of Swisher, Debra (William) Ender of Cedar Rapids; five grandchildren; Amber (Julian) Slade, Alichia (Brandon) Schulte, Sinclair (Emily) Ender, Curtis Hlas, and Brittney (Josef) Hejda; eight great-grandchildren; sister Joanne Gilbaugh of Greeley, Colorado. Donna was preceded in death by her parents, a son-in-law Jon Ruby, and a brother Leland Snyder. Memorials may be directed to the family.
