Donald Leonard Joslin, 74 of North Liberty, died Friday, May 20, 2016 at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.  Celebration of life services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 26, 2016 at Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre, located at 2121 Bowling Street SW.  Burial will follow in Czech National Cemetery, where full military rites will be conducted.  Visitation will be one hour prior to services Thursday at the chapel.

Donald was born May 7, 1942 in Anamosa the son of Leonard and Dorothy (Nowachek).  He served in the United States Marine Corps.  Don worked for many years at Iowa Medical and Classification Center (Oakdale).  He enjoyed taking walks, and most of all spending time with his family.

Don is survived by his niece, Barbara (Mark) Sons of DeWitt; nephews, Darrin Jensen of Anamosa and Daniel (Carmen) Joslin of Marion; two great nieces Emily and Charlea; and his great-nephew Ethan.

He was preceded in death by parents; sisters, Barbara Joslin and Sharyn Jensen; and brother, Leonard Joslin.
