Demontrae Lavell Poole was born in Chicago, IL on May 16th 1997 to La'Toya Moore (Shepherd) and Quantez Poole.

Born at 28 weeks, Demontrae came into this world a fighter and approached everyday and every situation with the heart and spirit of a warrior. Demontrae fell in love with basketball at an early age and later found that same passion for music.

Demontrae departed this life too soon.

His 16 Siblings; Glenn, Elisiah, Diamond, Deasia, Nijah, Kenneth, Omarion, Quantez, Daniel, S'arya, Damorris, Ca'Miya, Camri, Danielle. His Grandparents, Erey Moore, Solandra Poole, Carlos E Moore Sr. (Who Proceeded him in death) Willie Jr., and a host of Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, and Friends.

"Son I was a baby when I had you, just a scared 16 year old girl. Then you came and I felt this indescribable feeling of power and responsibility, and I knew I couldn't fail you.
