Delores Jean Schultz, 58, died in a tractor accident at her home in rural Walker on Monday, July 30, 2007.
Services will be 1 p.m. Friday, August 3, 2007 at Cono Christian School in Walker.  A private family inurnment will be held at a later date.  Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, August 2, 2007 at Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids.
Jean was born December 1, 1948, in Cedar Rapids. Jean was raised in Hiawatha and graduated from Washington High School. She worked at Life Investors, Collins Radio and Proctor and Gamble in Iowa City.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Herman and Mary Hiskey.
She is survived by her husband, Richard, whom she married on July 25, 1969, in Hiawatha; and by their children, Jennifer Schultz of Ames and Jason Schultz of Los Angeles, Calif.
Jean is also survived by four sisters, Wilma (Russ) Hanson of Melbourne, Fla., Marlene (Robert) Steadman of Hiawatha, Donna (Larry) Jons of Alburnett, Cheryl Klima of Elizabethtown, Ky.; and a brother, Charles (Michelle) Herman of Hiawatha.
She was very interested in reading and in her large antique doll collections. She loved traveling, lawn work and her dogs.
