Coreena Nicolette Wingerson, 33, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Friday, March 4, 2016 at Geary Community Hospital in Junction City, Kansas.  Celebration of life services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 12, 2016 at Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre, located at 2121 Bowling Street SW.  Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, March 11, 2016 at Brosh Chapel.  A private family inurnment will be at a later date.

Coreena was born June 4, 1982 in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Lyle Delbert and Jean Jeanette (Cox) Wingerson.  Coreena graduated from Cedar Rapids Prairie High School in 2001.

Coreena is survived by her mother Jean Wingerson of Cedar Rapids; three children Dashawn, Skylar and Tianna; two brothers Scott Wingerson of Cedar Rapids and Robert (Karisa) Wingerson of Manitowoc, Wisconsin; her boyfriend Terri Sanders; as well as her aunts and uncles.

Coreena was preceded in death by her father.
