Clifford Elmer Netolicky, 91 of Cedar Rapids, died Monday, January 30, 2017 at the Dennis & Donna Oldorf Hospice House.  Celebration of life services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, February 2, 2017 at Brosh Chapel & The Avacentre in Cedar Rapids.  Burial will be in Shueyville Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at Brosh Chapel.

Cliff was born September 5, 1925, the son of Oldrich and Elnora (Kopecky) Netolicky, on a farm in Western, Iowa.  His family moved to Cedar Rapids in 1937 where he spend the rest of his life.  Clifford was united in marriage to Lucille Hodina on August 11, 1946. Cliff worked for over 44 years at Cherry Burrell.  He enjoyed the outdoors by going hunting, fishing, gardening and mushrooming.  Cliff was happy to help anyone that was in need.   He was an active member of Local 1024 UAW, WFLA and the NCSML.

Cliff is survived by his wife of over 70 years, Lucille; one son Steven of Ely; two grandchildren Kyle Netolicky and Megan Netolicky; nephews Gary Netolicky, Dennis Netolicky and Rick (Jan) Netolicky, Bill (Phyllis) Hodina, Gary (Doris) Hodina, John (Nancy) Horak, Mark (Donna) Horak, Tom Hodina, Dennis (Karol) Mack;  as well as his great-nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother Donald Netolicky.
