Loving Memory of Cerise Lechick Browning January 9, 1979 - October 23, 2023. Cerise Lechick Browning, passed away suddenly in her home in New Hope, Minnesota, on October 23, 2023. She was 44 years old.

Cerise came into this world on January 9, 1979, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She was the beloved daughter of Georgia Browning and stepfather Irvin Johnson Sr. Cerise grew up in Cedar Rapids along with siblings then she moved to Minnesota at the age of 18.

Cerise's legacy lives on through her loving children, Shatorise Browning 26, Sariya Browning 18, Sutorise Anthony Leon Wright Jr. 6, who were the center of her universe and her partner of 27 years Sutorise Anthony Leon Wright Sr. She was a devoted mother and partner, always present to nurture, provide, and guide her family.

She is also survived by her loving mother, Georgia Browning and partner Eric, her siblings, Delisha Browning, Katrina Browning, Ivory Browning, Ikiea Johnson, Irvin Johnson jr., Abrianna Williams, Innocent Johnson, Isiah Johnson, and her step-brothers and step-sisters. Her memory is further honored by an extended family and a host of friends who were touched by her warmth and compassion.
Cerise was preceded in death by her grandparents King and Nannie Sue Browning as well as her stepfather Irvin Johnson Sr. and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will be held at Gospel Tabernacle Church on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. The Homegoing Services will follow at 1:00 p.m.  Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre in Cedar Rapids is in charge of arrangements.

Cerise's laughter and love will forever resonate in our hearts. As we say our goodbyes, we remember her spirit and the impact she had on us all. May she rest in eternal peace.
