Carol A. Preisack, 85, of Solon, passed away on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at the Solon Retirement Village. A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 10:30am at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Solon. She will be laid to rest in St. Mary's Cemetery. Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre in Solon are in charge of arrangements.

Carol was born February 22, 1936, in Flint Hill, Missouri, the daughter of Hilary and Verona (Wehde) Dickherber. She graduated from Assumption High School, O'Fallon, MO in 1954. Carol was united in marriage to James Preisack on September 2, 1961 at St. Theodore Catholic Church in Flint Hill, Missouri.

Carol is survived by her husband Jim; four children Julie (Jim) Agne, Jill Preisack, Joni (Kirk) Arnold, and Bryan Preisack; grandchildren Reed Agne, Megan (Paul) Jensen, Emilie, Ellen, Josh and Katie Arnold; her siblings Jim Dickherber, Jean Carter, June (Kenny) Burkemper, and Elaine (Ted) Cornett.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

In lieu of flowers, memorial Mass cards would be appreciated.
