Bruce Edward Zenisek, 49 of Solon died Saturday, June 9, 2007 near Lisbon from injuries sustained in an accident. A funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 13 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Solon, with burial following in St. Mary's Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 12 at Brosh Chapel in Solon, where there will be a 7 p.m. vigil.
Bruce was born January 3, 1958 in Iowa City, the son of Raymond and Emily (Schulte) Zenisek.
Bruce is survived by his fiancée and her sons Theresa Loutsch of Cedar Rapids and Jason and Derek Loutsch; siblings Nancy (Dan) Grady of Colorado, Jan (Dean) Jeter of Iowa City, Joe (Susan) Zenisek of Kansas, Jim (Deb) Zenisek of Solon, Andy (Jan) Zenisek of Solon, Rita (Rod) Kunkel of Minnesota; his son Braedan Koss of Cedar Rapids; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Emily Zenisek.
A memorial fund has been established.
