Benjamin James Robidoux, 37 of Cedar Rapids died Tuesday, January 16, 2007 from complications from a fall at work.  Services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 20 at Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids with Dr. Charles Clark officiating.  Burial will follow in Campbell Cemetery.  Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and for an hour prior to services Saturday at the Chapel.
Benjamin was born to Fred and Elizabeth Wood Robidoux on January 13, 1970 in Cedar Rapids.  He was a graduate of Washington High School in 1989.  He married Tammy Mulholland on August 10, 1996 at Bertram Methodist Church.
Ben loved his family and friends.  He was a very dedicated father.  He had a very strong work ethic and would provide whatever he could for his family.  Ben loved to be outdoors hunting and fishing, as well as watching NASCAR.    He was a millright and was employed with CR Conveying and had been a union millright for Newell Machinery.
Ben is survived by his wife Tammy; daughter Savana (Adam) Robidoux of Cedar Rapids; sons Walter Robidoux and Steven Robidoux of Cedar Rapids; a granddaughter Shay Ackerman; his mother Elizabeth Robidoux; and three brothers Walter (Judy) Robidoux of Rock Falls, IL, Kenneth (Tylin) of Masonville, and Joseph (Amber) of Riverside.  He also help raise Randy and Stasha Thompson and Tiffany Aldridge.  He was preceded into death by his father Fred Robidoux Sr., and his brother Fred Robidoux Jr.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Benjamin Robidoux Memorial Fund being established at Collins Community Credit Union at 1755 1 st Avenue SE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52402.
