Annie Lee Mullinex, 77, of Cedar Rapids, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 24, 2021 surrounded by family at St. Luke's Hospital.

She is survived by her spouse, Theodore Vlahos; Her children, step children, grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was proceeded in death by her father, Mack Rogers, mother, Daisy Lee Hurt, brothers, Jerry Hurt, John Wayne Rogers, Jimmie Rogers, Douglas Rogers, Kenny Rogers, Mack Rogers, Jr. (Sonny).

Ann was a wonderful cook and loved hosting many family get-togethers. In her free time, she enjoyed watching soap operas, game shows, westerns, and mysteries. Ann was an expert card player, especially enjoying spades, rummy, pinochle, and solitaire. Many people were blessed by her loving and caring heart. Ann always went out of her way to make you feel loved and special, no matter what was going on in your life. She made peace with the Lord in her last days.

A Celebration of Life gathering will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 15, 2021, at Brosh Chapel and the Avacentre in Cedar Rapids, located 2121 Bowling Street SW.
